I highly recommend 10-81 Driving Academy. Shane and Jackson were kind, patient, easy to work with and professional. The course itself was well thought out and challenging. I am so thankful my kids learned important defensive techniques that will give them the skills and strategy needed in real-life driving situations. The course was not only informative, but also a lot of fun!

What a great experience. My daughter learned a lot & this class gave her more confidence driving. She now feels more ready for the what if situations. This class is not like any other driving class & we appreciate how how this prepares her more in multiple type of situations. Thank you.

Shane and Scott were awesome and gave my new driver the opportunity to learn something new in a controlled environment while pushing him to him limits. The course structure was great and the time allocated was sufficient. I would highly suggest this for all new and experienced drivers. This course gives drivers the confidence to make correct decisions and to perform emergency maneuvers properly and to keep a bad situation from turning worse.

I took this course after a horrible car accident and it truly got me back to speed. I wasn’t sure I was going to drive again for a long while but I feel much more confident now, thank you.

They were both super nice, there was two guys and two students so constant driving time. They have a sedan and SUV to practice in both. It was a lot of fun and useful, I would definitely recommend it to friends.

As a mom one of the hardest things I’ve come across yet is watching my 16 year old drive away for the first time. After a year of practicing driving I still worried about what would happen if he came across the unexpected things that happen on the roads. This class was amazing at teaching my son how to handle the unexpected situations that even experienced drivers don’t always know how to handle. I’ll still worry, but I feel a bit more peace knowing he’s had some experience with this side of driving. Thank you to Shane for putting on such an invaluable course!

I signed my very reluctant teen driver up for the course as an extra layer of safety as an anxious mom. She’s been driving for about a year so she’s got some experience under her belt now and I wanted her to have some more real life application of processes she’s not had to do yet.
I got her checked in and then left for her to get the most out of it and the instructors got her feeling more comfortable. I asked her to write up a review from her perspective and here is what she had to say:

I had a great time! Both instructors were very friendly and welcoming. At first, the things we were doing felt a little uncomfortable but they were very encouraging which helped me feel better about it. The only things i can think of to improve is to describe or somehow show real life scenarios that go with the courses. I think I understood well but if you did one course at a time originally to explain the scenarios i would’ve understood a little sooner and maybe understand more. I apologize if that doesn’t make sense i’m not sure how to explain it! But overall everything is great and has definitely helped me improve my driving!

Super informative and fun time. Shane and Jackson really do a great job to instruct and correct while maintaining a fun and relaxed environment. I left a much more controlled driver after taking the course.

10-81 Driving Academy goes way beyond your typical driving school. Shane and Jackson taught my daughter real world emergency driving skills in a safe, fun environment that not only made her a better driver, but could also save her life. Shane also volunteered to help the students properly parallel park on his own time after the class was over. These guys are the real deal. Highly recommended.

They explained the reasons behind the exercises, and let the students work at their own paces while still pushing them beyond their comfort zones. My daughter left feeling equipped and prepared for potentially dangerous driving situations in the future. I would highly recommend them.

This course was not only educational, it was also enjoyable. I would highly recommend the tactical driving course for anyone who has their license but is a bit uncomfortable in their car still. Personally I feel much more in control after this, from slamming on my brakes to quick lane changes, this course gave me some more confidence to the right thing in a bad scenario.

This course helped with my anxiety when driving, and being a young driver this helped me a lot when thinking about road hazards and how to avoid things on the road. This helped me get more comfortable behind the wheel and comfortable driving on the road.
